Sumo Mary
The Sumo Mary is an Asian-inspired take on the Bloody Mary that can be ordered at Sunda in Chicago, Illinois. Along with the tomato juice and vodka in its mason jar container you’ll find all sorts of tasty garnishes. There’s bacon, of course, but also Chinese broccoli, oshinko pickles, braised pork belly, herb-roasted potatoes, grilled cheese, and duck bao. It’s more of a meal than cocktail, and it’s an unique blend of amazing and delicious.
