Henry Graves Jr commissioned this piece for $15,000 in 1933, around $202,000 in today’s cost. This Supercomplication watch, made of 18K gold, has 24 complications that were assembled by Patek Philippe himself. It took him three years to design it, and five years to manufacture it, but it was worth every second.
