African Safari Lodges You’ll Never Forget

The Bushcamp Company’s Mfuwe Lodge, South Luangwa National Park, Zambia

The Bushcamp Company

Settled in the South Luangwa National Park, the Mfuwe Lodge was named one of National Geographic’s Unique Lodges of the World. The lodge offers game drives and a few walking safaris to see the nearby giraffe, hippos, buffalo, antelope, and crocodile. A very unique detail of the lodge is that different families of elephants visit (and actually walk through the lodge!) between late October and mid-December to feast on the fallen fruits from the large Wild Mango tree on the lodge grounds.
