Welcome To Unemployment
Another commonly used password for new employee accounts is “welcome.” It’s a way for the IT team to be cute and say that they are happy to have you with the company. You should probably read the documentation that they have provided to you. There is a good chance that the first thing they tell you to do is change your password to something a little more complicated. If you put your company’s data at risk by using “welcome,” then you should change it to “goodbye” already.
