Negative reflection is exactly like a bully in your head. Loud and obnoxious. You, it’s the knowing of who you are, it’s always, they call it still small, so we have to listen, that’s the trick of the authentic self, it’s quite, it doesn’t, it’s not going to yell at you. We have to listen for it and allow it to come out and create a safe environment.

Making an image for yourself can prove to be an invaluable career move, or at least a social one.
