Thankfully that’s all a thing of the past. It’s no longer the done thing to rule your workforce with an iron rod. Barking orders and demanding respect in the 21st century will no longer get the best out of your staff. Times have changed and the way businesses are run have changed also to reflect today’s society. She must look to the future and have a vision of where she wants her business to be headed. She must have a plan of new inventive ideas to market her business, looking at original and contemporary ideas for the growth and expansion of the company.

Todays female entrepreneur must take charge, changing the old fashioned stance of a woman sitting back and taking orders. She must prove herself to be strong and independent.

Use some of that well known female intuition and press ahead with ideas you know will work. Go down new avenues. Take a completely fresh approach and don’t be afraid to be creative and imaginative. Open up a whole new market out there!
