Have you ever just known, you would be a bag lady? Or had a deep fear that it could happen to you? Have you ever had a friend who mentioned that fear?

Have you ever just known, you would be a bag lady? Or had a deep fear that it could happen to you? Have you ever had a friend who mentioned that fear? Who is a bag lady anyway? She is at the end, she is powerless, she has struggled, Fear has gone and she has given up, it is dark, she has no self worth, she has nothing but her cart to hold on to, she doesn’t feel pretty, she knows her life is over, she is alone and she is hopeless. How did she get here? Her way of thinking got her here. The voices and perception of her past got her here. What she believes and feels about herself and who she thinks she is, brought her to this place. She may have given too much and didn’t leave anything for herself. She lives in fear. She didn’t know she has choices. She was not aware. She doesn’t know about the power of her own mind. So how can you transition from bag lady mentality to coachable? And where would you start? Decide to leave that thought of being a bag lady behind and never look back. Know that what you think about is what you create in your life. You must be willing to take a risk and move forward. Start Dreaming! Be open to new possibilities. Look outside of your box. If what you are doing is not working, do something different. Try something new things. Failure only happens when you don’t’ try. Be vulnerable to look within to see who you are being. Who am I? Who can I be? Leave the past behind, let go of it. Learn to love who you are and forgive yourself. Start by reading, listening and realizing that this is a life long journey of becoming. Start talking to yourself different. Use affirmations and declarations. Consider putting your thoughts and feelings on paper. As growth occurs you will be proud of the changes you see in yourself. Be in gratitude at all times. What are you grateful for? Practice this way of thinking everyday. Being in gratitude takes hopelessness away and brings you to a healthy space. Look at total unconditional acceptance in every area of your life. Accept what is and move forward and beyond. Practice unconditional acceptance for yourself, as well as others and any situations of your life. Be patient as this is a process and will add tremendous value to your life over time. Start looking by being open to what you can and need to learn. Know you have options and alternatives. It will give you power. The power you were meant to have. What ever has happened to you in your life up to now, has brought you to this moment of time. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Learning and growing. Looking for what life has to offer you. You have the power to create your life by the way you think, what you tell yourself is what is. Being coachable will give you new possibilities ….ones you may not have imagined or ones you did imagine, however thought you wouldn’t achieve. The growth that you are capable of is bigger than you could ever dream. Start thinking big, dream big, act big and you will reap great rewards. She couldn’t be a bag lady if she knew she was coachable. It’s a process and with patients; you grow and develop continually into who you were really meant to be. You will find your purpose. You will create a vision. You will see life in a new light with hope with dreams and possibilities that are endless. You will find a new freedom in being who you are with gratitude and understanding. You will find a peace with in.
